“If you’re struggling to overcome your fear of failure, Read this” 

1. Mindset 

Your chances to achieve ANYTHING in this life without first believing in yourself are less than zero. 

If you’re going to make it past the fear of failure, the first thing you have to do is actually BELIEVE that you are capable of reaching your goal. 

2. Have a mentor 

Find someone who was once in your position and achieved what you have set out to accomplish. 

People who have had great success are always willing to share their wisdom with someone starting out if you are respectful, curious, and willing to learn. 

3. Network 

Support networks have never been more available thanks to social media. 

Jump on Twitter, Discord etc. 

Find groups of individuals dedicated to the same mission as you and ask questions, offer support and share your experience! 

You will get back what you put in. 

4. Eliminate temptations to self-sabotage 

If you’re trying to lose weight, stop keeping junk food in your house. 

If you’re trying to quit smoking, stop hanging out with smokers.
If you’re trying to quit porn, block those websites from your computer. 

Eliminate the number of opportunities you have to fail. 

6. Think of the worst-case scenario 

5. Make a plan 

If you fail to plan, you are planning to FAIL. 

Start making SMART goals. 

S- Specific 

M - Measurable 

A - Actionable 

R - Relevant 

T - Time-based (deadline) 

Oftentimes, our minds will make up all sorts of crazy ideas about what could go wrong. 

The reality is, the worst-case scenario that we imagine in our heads is usually greatly overexaggerated.
Genuinely ask yourself, what is the worst that could happen if things don’t work out? 

Chances are it’s not as bad as you think. 

7. Take it one day at a time 

Your life is like a game of chess. 

You can only make one move at a time. 

You need to accept that you can’t take your moves back. 

But you will always have 100% control of making the BEST possible move you can make. 

8. Objectify and banish 

Objectify your fear as… 

False 

Evidence 

Appearing 

Real 

Do this as soon as you start to feel that fear come into your mind. 

Objectify it and say “I reject that thought.” 

9. Focus on the process 

To the degree we want something is the degree we’re afraid of not having it. 

You must eliminate your lust for results. 

Surrender to the process. 

10. Win or Learn 

Remember that ultimately, true failure only comes once we have chosen to give up on our pursuits. 

Everything that happens in between starting and achieving our goal is simply a part of the learning process.By the time you reach your destination, you will see how every hardship was integral for getting you there.
