1. I am enough that way I am.

2. I am grateful for what I already have.

3. I am accept myself and respect myself as I am.

4. I trust myself.

5. I don't need to seek constant validation.

6. I always have a choice to end my onw suffering.

7. I don't need most of things, I think I need.

8. I only have the NOW.

9. I always have a choice to be kind to others.

10. I am me. Both with my strengths. With my flaws.
